Easyroll is the first fully manual fabric winder, a compact and extremely versatile tool that allows a single operator to cut a piece from a master roll and wind them simultaneously. Equipped with a mechanical meter counter, a cutting slot, and wheels, EASYROLL is the fast, safe, practical, and cost-effective solution for inspecting, verifying fabric yardage, and cutting or measuring rolls. It requires neither electricity nor compressed air! Easyroll can be assembled in just 10 minutes and installed in any environment, even where space is limited. Its rubber wheels allow you to move and store EASYROLL wherever you like, while the intermediate shelf provides convenient storage for fabric rolls or cardboard tubes.
Easyroll is ideal for garment manufacturers, sofa manufacturers, and upholsterers who need to cut rolls to size or inventory fabrics, as well as fabric traders; it is the perfect alternative to an electric fabric winder when workload volumes are not high. What you can do
- Fully unwind and rewind a roll of fabric to measure its entire length.
- Partially unwind a fabric roll to cut one or more rolls, rewinding them directly onto the cardboard tube.
- Fully unwind and rewind a roll to flip the fabric onto the opposite side.
- Measure a fabric roll to verify the yardage.
